Yes. Specifications, test results, grades, erasure evidence, technician attribution and processing history can move from Retsu Erasure and Retsu Profiler into the same Portal device record without rebuilding the data manually.
Can clients access their own jobs and reports?
Yes. The Client Portal lets authorised customers view active and completed jobs, request work, open reports and download certificates or compliance documents. Client Portal access is available with Business and Enterprise packages.
Can Retsu Portal publish stock to online sales channels?

Can Retsu Portal track a device from intake through refurbishment and sale?
Yes. A serialised device record can connect the original client and inbound job with specifications, location, batch, test results, cosmetic grade, erasure evidence, processing history, costs and eventual sale. This keeps the asset history together instead of splitting it across spreadsheets and separate bench tools.
Can Retsu Portal manage stock across different warehouse locations?
Yes. Portal records device and batch locations and retains movement history so teams can see where stock is and where it has been. The optional GridView add-on provides a more visual view of warehouse floors, pallets and storage locations.
Can I share available stock without giving a buyer a Portal account?
Yes. Teams can group stock into a batch and share it through a private link or QR code. Each batch can show or hide pricing, accept buyer enquiries and be sent directly to clients already recorded in Portal.
Does Retsu Portal record who processed or changed a device?
Yes. Portal maintains device history and user activity, while technician identity, session duration and results from Retsu Erasure and Retsu Profiler can be attached to the same record. This creates a retrievable trail for internal checks, client questions and audits.
How is Retsu Portal priced, and which features cost extra?
Retsu Portal is included with Retsu Premium, Business and Enterprise packages. MarketSync and ProCut are separately priced add-ons.
