How Dehhani Ltd collects, uses and protects your personal data across retsu.uk and the Retsu platform.
Last updated — 7 July 2026
Who we are
Retsu is a product of Dehhani Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 124 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX. For anything related to this policy or your personal data, contact support@dehhani.uk.
What we collect
- Enquiry details — when you submit the contact form we collect your name, business name (optional), email address, phone number, chosen subject and message.
- Usage data — we use Google Tag Manager and analytics cookies to understand how visitors use this site (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type).
- Technical logs — standard website and application logs such as IP address, request time and user agent, used to help keep the service secure and reliable.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiries, demo requests and onboarding questions.
- To provide and improve the Retsu platform and this website.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse (including Google reCAPTCHA on the contact form).
We rely on your consent when you submit the contact form, and on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website for analytics and logging.
Where your data lives
Data is stored with trusted cloud providers and protected with appropriate security controls in transit and at rest.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We use a small number of processors to run the service:
- Microsoft Azure — cloud hosting and storage for the service.
- Google — Tag Manager and analytics, and reCAPTCHA spam protection on the contact form (subject to Google's own privacy policy).
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any ongoing business relationship, after which it is deleted. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics configuration and then aggregated or removed.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email support@dehhani.uk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
